Middlesbrough Neighbourhood Policing Team yesterday (Tuesday 18th February) located two cannabis farms in the town.
Officers discovered a farm of around 68 plants at an address on Brettenham Avenue. No arrests were made and enquiries are continuing.

A second farm of around 35 plants were located at a property on Broadwell Road, where two people were arrested.
A 33-year-old man was arrested and later charged with production of a class B drug and is due to appear at Teesside Magistrates Court today (Wednesday 19th February). He remains on police bail in connection with abstracting electricity.
A 37-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis and abstracting electricity and remains on bail whilst enquiries continue.
