Three teenagers are being questioned as part on ongoing enquiries into a report of a robbery.
A delivery driver was in Springfield Road in Middlesbrough at around 9.45pm last night (Monday 17th February) when it’s alleged that four males in balaclavas threatened him with weapons before running off to a wooded area.
Police drone operators attended the location and directed armed officers into a wooded field area whereupon three of the males were located and arrested.
The three boys (two 15-year-olds and a 14-year-old) remain in custody being questioned on suspicion of robbery.
