Three teens arrested after alleged robbery on delivery driver in Middlesbrough.

Three teenagers are being questioned as part on ongoing enquiries into a report of a robbery.

A delivery driver was in Springfield Road in Middlesbrough at around 9.45pm last night (Monday 17^th February) when it’s alleged that four males in balaclavas threatened him with weapons before running off to a wooded area.

Police drone operators attended the location and directed armed officers into a wooded field area whereupon three of the males were located and arrested.

The three boys (two 15-year-olds and a 14-year-old) remain in custody being questioned on suspicion of robbery.
