An 18-year-old man was arrested by Middlesbrough Proactive Team on the evening of 12th January on in connection with two burglaries at the Mosque on Southfield Road in Middlesbrough on 6th and 10th January.
He was taken to police custody in Middlesbrough and questioned by detectives in CID. He was later charged with two counts of burglary, possession of a class A drug relating to an incident on 4th November, burglary in connection with an incident on Cambridge Road on 11th October, going equipped to steal on Roman Road in Middlesbrough on 10th October, and burglary in relation to an incident at Havana Lounge on Linthorpe Road between 27th September and 28th September.
He was charged to appear at court on Tuesday 14th January.
