Police were contacted by our ambulance service colleagues shortly after 5pm yesterday (Thursday 16th January) with a report that an 18-year-old man had been attacked with a bladed article, sustaining a serious injury to his leg,
He was taken to hospital by ambulance and remains there receiving treatment.
Scene of crime officers have attended The Fleet in Dormanstown and further enquiries are underway.
We would appeal for anyone with information, doorbell, dashcam or private CCTV to contact Cleveland Police on the 101 number quoting ref 008989.
