A 53-year-old man was yesterday evening (Thursday 16th January) in connection with a theft from a vehicle on Runciman Road in Hartlepool in the early hours of Wednesday 15 January.
The man was arrested on suspicion of theft from a motor vehicle, fraud and possession of class C drugs. He is currently in police custody in Middlesbrough where he will be questioned by officers.
