The 57-year-old man was arrested by Middlesbrough’s proactive team at a property on Farndale Court on Saturday 18 January.
Following questioning in police custody, he was charged with possession with intent to supply heroin and crack cocaine.
He has been remanded and is due to appear at Teesside Magistrates Court on Monday 20 January.
The charges relate to officers receiving information that led them to a property on Farndale Court in Middlesbrough on Saturday 18 January. A man was arrested, and a search of the address led to class A drugs valued at approximately £410 and £300 in cash being seized.
