Cleveland Police can confirm that a man sadly died yesterday evening after the green Mercedes Sprinter van he was driving collided with a garden wall on Stokesley Road, Middlesbrough, around 7:20pm on Thursday 23rd January.
He can now be named as 63-year-old Andrew Melling from the Ormesby area of Middlesbrough.
Andrew’s family have been informed and our thoughts remain with them at this extremely difficult time.
