The 45-year-old man and 36-year-old woman were arrested at a property on Fairfield Road on Thursday 9 January.
Following questioning, they were charged with possession with intent to supply crack cocaine, Zopiclone and Pregabalin as well as child neglect.
They both were remanded in custody to appear at Teesside Magistrates Court on Friday 10 January.
All charges relate to an investigation by Stockton’s proactive team into suspected drug dealing that led to a large quantity of class A and class C drugs, cash and drugs paraphernalia being seized from a property in Stockton and the arrests of a man and woman.
