Detectives from Stockton CID are investigating a third break in at a hair and beauty salon on Billingham’s High Grange Avenue in the early hours of yesterday (around 3.30am on Thursday 19th June) Scene of Crime Officers have attended and several other lines of enquiry are underway.
It was reported that a number of iPads, hair straighteners and hair products were stolen and we would ask anyone who may have seen these items offered for sale or who has other information or relevant doorbell/dashcam or private CCTV footage to get in touch on the 101 number quoting ref 110974.
If you don’t want to speak to police you can pass information anonymously to www.crimestoppers-uk.org or phone them on 0800 555 111.
Det Sgt Ryan Thompson of Stockton CID said: “As well as the three burglaries at this salon, we have also launched enquiries into a number of other recent commercial burglaries in the Billingham area and I can assure local business owners that we’re taking all these investigations extremely seriously and are doing all we can to identify suspects and arrest them.”
