A second man has been arrested in connection with an assault on a 48-year-old man on Deepdale Avenue in Middlesbrough on Friday 18th April.
It was reported that the man was knocked unconscious after being dragged from his mobility scooter in the street.
A 28-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault this morning, Wednesday 11th April and after questioning, released on bail pending further enquiries.
A 52-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault on 19th May. He was later released on bail pending further enquiries.
