Three people were arrested following a day of action by Stockton’s Neighbourhood Policing Team, the Intelligence Unit, the Dedicated Drugs Unit (DDU) and Matrix.
The teams joined forces on Friday 13th June and executed three warrants across Stockton to tackle drugs and criminality.
Officers conducted the warrants at properties on Victor Way, Valiant Way and Hampden Way and a further search was carried out at a property on Harlow Crescent.
A quantity of what is believed to be Class A and Class C drugs was seized along with an illegal firearm.
A 38-year-old man was arrested and charged with being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs. He was remanded by DDU until his next court appearance.
A 55-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A and Class C drugs and she was bailed pending further enquiries.
A 58-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm and she was bailed pending further enquiries.
