Detectives are appealing after a robbery in Middlesbrough whereby an 18-year-old man was threatened and had his motorbike stolen.
The incident happened on Hesleden Avenue in Acklam around 4:40pm on Thursday 6th March.
The man was riding a Benelli Leon chin 125cc bike when he was approached by two males on a moped outside a property. The males threatened to “stab” the victim and one jumped onto his motorbike, before both made off from the scene.
The image below shows the stolen Benelli motorbike and officers are appealing to anyone with information on the whereabouts of the bike.
The first suspect is described as a white male teenager, of slim build and the second is described as a white male, with bright blue eyes.
Witnesses or anyone with information are also asked to contact Cleveland Police on 101, quoting reference number SE25039431 or contact independent charity Crimestoppers with any information, either online at www.crimestoppers-uk.org or by calling 0800 555 111.
