At around 9.34am today, Monday 26th May, emergency services attended a report of a silver Ford S Max which had set alight after colliding with the roundabout at the junction of the A174 and the A1042 near Kirkleatham, Redcar.
Shortly after officers’ arrival, a 29-year-old man was arrested nearby on suspicion of aggravated TWOC and on suspicion of drink driving.
