A 28-year-old East Cleveland man who was arrested shortly after police attended a report of an early morning on-going attempted break in has been charged with two offences and was remanded to appear at court today (Monday 12th May).
Officers attended an address in Lingdale, East Cleveland in the early hours of Saturday where the incident was reported to be taking place.
The man was soon arrested nearby, and was allegedly found to be in possession of car keys from another property in the same area.
He was interviewed throughout Saturday, charged that evening and remanded until his court appearance this morning.
