Stolen Retro Boro Shirts Recovered; Police Seek More Witnesses

Following a report of the theft of some retro Middlesbrough Football Club shirts from a warehouse owned by the club on Christmas Eve 2015, police have recovered two shirts.

They were allegedly being sold on in the Eston Hotel public house on Christmas Day and a 27 year old man has been charged with handling stolen goods.

Police have obtained CCTV footage which appears to show a number of other people in the process of looking at or buying shirts in the pub and we are now appealing for those people to come forward as they could have information which will help our inquiries.
