31-Year-Old Woman Suffers from Minor Head Injuries after an Object was Thrown at a Moving Vehicle

Police are appealing for information after an object, believed to be a brick was thrown at a moving taxi along Ormesby Road in Middlesbrough as it was approaching Pallister Park.

The incident occurred yesterday, Wednesday 24th February at 8pm and caused minor head injuries to the 31-year-old female passenger. The driver and two young children were also in the vehicle and were left very distressed from the incident but were not injured.

The victim did not receive medical treatment.

It is believed a group of youths are responsible for this incident and they made off towards Norfolk Place Shops after the object was thrown.
