Appeal for Witnesses Following a Collision Involving a Motorbike and a Seven-Year-Old Boy in Norton

Police are appealing for witnesses after a collision involving a Yamaha motorbike and a seven-year-old boy on Hury Road in Norton.

The collision occurred on Friday 3rd June at around 6:15pm.

As a result of the collision, the seven-year-old was taken to James Cook University Hospital where he was treated for loss of several teeth and facial cuts. He was kept in for observation.

A 20-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of failing to stop and causing serious injury by dangerous driving. He has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
