Appeal for Motorcyclist to Come Forward Following a Collision on Beckenham Gardens in Middlesbrough

Police are appealing for information after a collision involving a motorcyclist and a pedal cyclist on a path at the end of Beckenham Gardens in Middlesbrough.

The incident occurred on Monday 17th October at around 3:40pm.

The 47-year-old female cyclist was taken to James Cook University Hospital where she was treated for a fractured arm and bruising.

The rider of the motorbike did not stop at the scene. It is believed that the rider was wearing a blue helmet and officers would appeal for that person to come forward.

Anyone with information regarding the collision or the identity of the motorcyclist is asked to contact PC Paula Smith-Metcalfe from the Cleveland and Durham Specialist Operations Unit on the non-emergency number 101, quoting event number 190872.
