Appeal for Witnesses Following Suspected Arson Attack at Thrushwood Farm in Redcar

Police are appealing for information after a suspected arson attack occurred at Thrushwood Farm in Yearby Bank, Redcar.

The suspected arson attack occurred on Friday 21st October between 5:50pm and 6:50pm, when three motor vehicles parked on the farm were believed to be set on fire.

The fire then spread to a nearby stock pile of straw bales which caused extensive damage.

Around 30 minutes before the incident, it is believed there were two men riding off-road style motor bikes. Both were wearing white helmets and police would like to speak with these men as they may be able to assist with enquiries.
