Appeal For Witnesses After Two Bins Were Set on Fire On Newport Road in Middlesbrough

Police are appealing for information after two waste bins round the back of the AGE UK charity shop on Newport Road in Middlesbrough were set on fire.

The incident occurred on Thursday 5th January between 4am and 5am and officers are treating the fire as suspicious.

As a result of the fire it has caused damage to the rear of the shop.
