44-Year-Old Woman Robbed in Middlesbrough

Police are appealing for information after a 44-year-old woman was robbed in Ayresome Gardens Park in Middlesbrough.

The incident occurred on Saturday 11th February at 6:30pm when the victim was walking along when she was approached by two men who grabbed her by the hair and threw her to the floor.

The men then snatched away the victim’s bags and made off towards Crescent Road. The bags contained a purse, money, keys and a mobile phone.

One of the men is described as being of Asian appearance, in his 20s, clean shaven and of medium build with black short hair and he was wearing a black Adidas tracksuit with white stripes.

The second man is described as white with mousey brown hair which is shaved at the side and he has stubble and is of large build and was wearing a dark jumper, dark jeans and a dark cap.
