Dog Attack in Pallister Park


Police are appealing for information after a 65-year-old woman and her Staffordshire Bull Terrier called Buster were attacked near to the tennis courts in Pallister Park in Middlesbrough.

The incident occurred on Sunday 30th April at 12pm when the victim was walking her dog when another dog broke free from its lead and attacked the victim and her dog causing injury to both of them.

The victim suffered a serious injury to her knee and she is being treated at James Cook University Hospital. The dog suffered some puncture wounds and is making good recovery.

It is believed the dog that attacked them is described as being an American Bulldog which was white and brindle in colour and the owner of this dog is described as being a white female in her 30s.
