Man Threatened with a Knife and Robbed on Grange Road, Middlesbrough

Police are appealing for information after a 25-year-old man was threatened with a knife and robbed on Grange Road in Middlesbrough.

The incident occurred close to Cash Converters between 10:50am and 11:15am on Wednesday 10th May.

Two men on bikes approached the victim and one of them pulled out a knife and threatened him with it. The second male then took £10 from the victim and they both made off in an unknown direction.

One of the suspects is described as being between 20 and 40 years old, around 5 ft9” tall with shoulder length black hair and he was wearing a long, dark green army style combat jacket, black tracksuit bottoms and a blue/ green baseball cap. This man was also riding a dark blue bike.

The second suspect is described as being between 20 and 40 years old, between 6 ft 2” and 6 ft 4” tall with dark brown/ black hair which was shaved on the sides and slightly longer on the top. He was wearing a black jacket with a jumper underneath, black tracksuit bottoms, black Air Max trainers and a light blue body warmer.

The victim was uninjured as a result of the attack but was left extremely shaken.
