Damage Caused to the Grounds of Outwood Community College in Middlesbrough

Police are appealing for information after the football field and other items situated at Outwood Community College on Hall Drive in Middlesbrough were damaged.

The damage occurred overnight from Friday 26th May in to Saturday 27th May, when it is believed that a group of youths were drinking on the premises and smashing the bottles on the floor where people usually play football. It is also believed that they set fire to waste bins, cones used for parking and signs used for public safety.

It is thought that the youths entered the fields from the cycle path on Acklam Road, near to the avenue of trees and at the rear of the crematorium in Middlesbrough.

Canisters of laughing gas were also found discarded at the scene.
