Appeal for Van Driver to Come Forward Following Burglary in Middlesbrough

Police are appealing for the driver of a van to come forward as they may be able to assist officers with enquiries after a garage was broken into on Lambton Road in Middlesbrough.

The incident occurred between Thursday 27th and Monday 30th July and power tools, gardening equipment, a hedge trimmer and a large wacker plate were stolen from the garage.

It is thought that a vehicle would have been used to steal the property and it is believed a red and white van was seen in the area at the time of the incident.

Anyone who may have information regarding the van or anyone who may have been offered the items for sale is asked to contact PC Heather Coates on the non-emergency number on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or www.crimestoppers-uk.org.
