Appeal for Driver to Come Forward Following Collision on the B1269

Police are appealing for the driver of a vehicle to come forward following a collision with a cyclist and a taxi between Dunsdale and Guisborough, near to Tockett’s Farm.

The incident occurred on Sunday 30th July at 09:20am when the silver taxi (believed to be a Vauxhall) and the cyclist collided.

As a result of the collision the 42-year-old male cyclist suffered minor injuries and his bicycle is damaged.

Following the incident, the driver of the taxi left before police arrival and it is believed the vehicle will have sustained front and nearside damage.
