Police Appeal for Witnesses to Incident in Middlesbrough

Police are appealing for witnesses after an incident in which a 35 year old man suffered serious injuries following a collision with a jeep.

The incident happened at around 3pm on Wednesday 25th October in a small car park situated near to the junction with Park Road South and Park Vale Road in Middlesbrough.

The man was on a pedal bike when he was in collision with the black Mercedes jeep. He was taken to James Cook University Hospital with serious leg fractures.

Officers believe there were several men who were working in the area at the time who may have witnessed what happened. They were standing close to two white vans in the same car park as the incident. Police would appeal for these people to get in touch with them as they may be able to assist with their enquiries.
