Appeal after Robbery of 13-Year-Old Girl

Police are appealing for information after a 13-year-old girl was robbed in Teesville.

The girl was walking through the alley between Kinloch Road and Glenmor Grove at around 8.15am yesterday, Tuesday 24th April, when she was approached by a male who grabbed her handbag and pulled her hair until she released her grip on it. She then ran off.

The male made off with a handbag, which was later found discarded, however, two Louis Vuitton purses were stolen from it along with a pair of Louis Vuitton earrings and a pair of purple rectangular framed glasses.

The suspect is described as an Asian male, aged in his late twenties, around 5ft 8” tall, of slim build and wearing dark clothing with a scarf around his neck.
