Victim Now ‘Stable’ Following Alleged Serious Assault in Middlesbrough

The 17-year-old victim of an alleged serious assault which happened outside Soho Bar in Middlesbrough is now described as being in ‘stable’ condition in hospital.

The incident occurred outside the bar on Albert Road in Middlesbrough at around 3:45am on Monday 7th May.

Two males aged 21 were charged with affray and section 18 assault. A third male aged 21 was charged with affray. All three appeared at Teesside Magistrates Court on Tuesday 8th May.

A fourth male aged 22 was released under investigation pending further enquiries.

he victim is still receiving treatment at James Cook University Hospital.
