Victim in Stable Condition Following Yarm Road Assaults

Police continue to appeal for information after two men suffered injuries in alleged serious assaults in Yarm Road, Stockton on Saturday September 2 at 3.25am.

A 38-year-old man was critically ill in hospital following the alleged assault and he is now in a stable condition but is still being treated for head injuries.

A 47-year-old man required medical treatment for facial injuries.

Two men have now appeared at Teesside Magistrates Court in connection with the incidents. A 35-year-old man was charged with attempted murder, wounding with intent and criminal damage. A 32-year-old man was also charged with attempted murder and wounding with intent.
