The Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Team has been created to ensure that EDI practices and values are embedded throughout Cleveland Police; the Office of the Police & Crime Commissioner, and the services that they provide.
The team offers diverse expertise to provide up-to-date advice, engagement and support to colleagues from all departments including senior leadership, and works to advance initiatives and good practice at Cleveland Police. The structure and purpose of the team is to embed equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives into all parts of business making sure we meet the needs of our people and our diverse communities.
