Cleveland Police recognises the importance of staff networks in helping to foster an inclusive working environment in which every employee feels valued and supported. Staff networks allow historically marginalised voices to be heard within the organisation, helping to improve culture and processes for staff and public alike.
The networks also provide a safe space in which concerns can be raised in a supportive environment, as well as an opportunity to meet others who may have similar experiences. Cleveland Police is proud to have growing staff networks which ensures staff feel able to bring their whole selves to work.
