Operation Artemis is a new initiative which will bring together force resources and regional partners each month in a different district.
Officers gathered at Stockton Riverside College this morning for the Operation Artemis briefing.
The briefing went over the order of the day before Acting Chief Inspector Andy Evans and Assistant Chief Constable David Felton addressed officers.
Operation Artemis hit Stockton early this morning, with officers carrying out warrants in Norfolk Street and Skinner Street.
Two men aged 28 and 24, and a 41-year-old woman were arrested in Norfolk Street on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs and abstracting electricity.
A 36-year-old man was arrested in Skinner Street on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class B drugs, possession of criminal property and possession of a firearm.
PC Whitehouse and Police Dog Bert have been busy assisting with warrants this morning.
Bert was brought in to help search a property on Skinner Street in Stockton.

Two men have been arrested as officers carry out proactive patrols as part of Operation Endurance which tackles off-road bikes and associated anti-social behaviour.
A 30-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of drug driving and possession of Class B drugs after a vehicle was stopped on Durham Road bypass.
A 41-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of drug driving, no licence and no insurance after a vehicle was stopped on Rathnew Avenue.
Officers seized two quad bikes on Crescent Avenue in Billingham as Operation Endurance patrols continue throughout the day.
The quads were seized for having no insurance.
Four electronic bikes were also seized today as part of the ongoing activity for Operation Artemis.
Drugs, cash, mobile phones and electronic scales were recovered from Norfolk Street in Stockton this morning when officers executed warrants as part of Operation Artemis.
Two men, aged 28 and 24, and a 41-year-old woman were arrested at the address on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs.
All three are currently in police custody where they will be questioned.
An 18-year-old man has been arrested this afternoon in connection with an incident whereby a number of vehicles were set alight the Stockton area.
He currently remains in police custody.
