To get the details you need, please complete the Request for police information form - Annex D and email it to our Legal Services Disclosure Team.

To comply with GDPR, requests for disclosure should not include anything any wider than is absolutely necessary and only relevant material will be disclosed.

We won't process requests asking for ALL information.

Information for private practice solicitors/regulatory bodies/other

To get the details you need, please send a formal email to our Legal Services Disclosure Team.

Please include in your email:

  • the names and addresses of all the parties involved
  • why you need the information you're requesting
  • what information you need
