I write in connection with your request for information dated 20th August 2019 and received in this office on that date. Belo9w are the questions raised in your request and our response.
Since January 1st 2019 to the date of the email received:
1. How many electric scooters have been seized?
a) 0
2. How many people have been issued with warnings for illegally riding electric scooters?
a) No information held. E-Scooters do not have a VRM therefore we cannot search for this information. However if you are wanting Penalty Charge Notices for the above this information is held by the Local Councils and we have included the addresses below.
