FOI 419-24 Roadside Screening

I write in connection with regards to your Freedom of Information request, Below is your request and our response.
- the number of roadside screening breath tests carried out by your Police Force in 2023, split by month.
- the number of positive/refused tests, split by month
If data has not yet been analysed for the whole year, please provide me with the months you do have.
Please see the below table which covers both requested questions. Note that I have provide breathalyser tests where the result was listed as ‘failed’ or ‘Failed to provide’. Also, there is a National requirement to submit Annual breath test data. The data for 2023 has not been submitted yet as this has a deadline of the end of June 24. Please be advised the below is not necessarily the final submission and the figures may change slightly if tests from 2023 trickle through before June.
