I write in connection with regards to your Freedom of Information request, Below is your request and our response.
I was wondering if I could receive stats regarding the number of women killed by men from 2021 - 2023.
Please note we do not have a specific crime type for ‘Femicide’ and the below figures relate to homicides that were committed by male to females – we have not determined if this was gender-related motivated as defined by “Femicide”.
The below numbers includes those homicides where the gender of the victim is listed as female, and where the person arrested/charged is male:

Can I know the age, race, ethnicity, etc. of these women and men?
Also, can the stats be based around murder offences only where the accused is or are male only, please?
