I write in connection with regards to your Freedom of Information request. Below is your request and our response.
Please provide the following information, from 2015 to the present day. Please provide monthly data on:
Having made enquires within the Force, we do not hold some of the requested information – In this case our response is no information held.
I have provided you will all the information we hold below. Officers are currently provided training in the form of DA Matters.
PVP cannot extract the number of referrals that have been made to support agencies since 2015. The data is not extractable by Performance Team because there is no single OEL template in relation to sharing with agencies – any sharing is documented in the general risk assessment OEL, from which the information is not extractable.
Niche will not provide specific data in a search either. It would involve a search of all PPN’s from 2015 and a manual count of the number of referrals made to DA support agencies. This would take several weeks.
PVP Hub provide the number of high risk domestic abuse incidents that have been risk assessed by the team each month. All high risk domestic abuse incidents are shared with DA support agencies, irrespective of consent, due to the level of risk. Below is the data recorded since the PMF was commenced, giving a monthly breakdown of all high risk incidents processed. This is the minimum number, therefore, of referrals made each month to support agencies since January 2022. I’ve also collated the number of medium risk incidents. PVP Hub share any medium risk incidents when consent has been given to support agencies. There are significantly more medium incidents each month than high risk, thus, a manual count of well over 20,000 incidents just from January 2022 to present day, would be required to determine how many medium risk incidents were shared. So, although the number of high risk incidents gives you a definitive number of incidents shared with DA support, the actual number will be much, much higher.
