We have a dedicated Wellbeing site on the internal website which includes general information, advice, and guidance and how to this service and links to the Employee assistant programme, wellbeing events and recommended websites. We work closely with College of Policing, Blue Light Framework; support for Supervisors and Investigators are programmes that have been introduced and developed. Peer Supporters are being re-introduced to the Force and TRIM is widely used to support Officers. Self-Referral for Psychological support and Management Referral process for psychological support. This is provided by way of in-house counselling and other psychotherapy services such as counselling, EMDR and Psychological assessments on a regular basis for Officers in high-risk roles provided by Contracted out service. Wellbeing also provides presentation/input material to the Force and can be booked for team events as required.
