Dear Sir/Madam
Enquiry Reference: 900 - 24
I write in connection with regards to your Freedom of Information request, please treat the original response as erroneous.
I have re checked with the analyst and the SPO process is a usually a two-stage application – we generally apply for an interim order and then make application for the full order, usually within 2 months.
There have been 5 in total, however this includes both interim and full orders as detailed below.
Subject A – interim SPO granted January 2024 and full order granted March 2024
Subject B - interim SPO granted August 2024 and full order granted September 2024
Subject C – no interim application, full SPO granted March 2024
Below is your request and our revised response. Please accept my apologies for the confusion.
Please can you answer the following questions for 2024 only and let me know the latest date the data covers:
The data covers crimes validated 1st January to end of September 24. This data includes crime class 195/12 course of conduct which amounts to stalking which the March data did not.
There were 5 SPO order issued ( 2 interim/3 full)
All 18-64 age group
As advised in March there is no arrest type or arrest description of ‘suspicion of stalking’ so we can’t answer exactly. As in the previous request I am providing how many stalking crimes had an arrested indicator.
