Answer
We have looked at the content of your request and must advise you that we consider the Freedom of information Act 2000 Exemption 21 (Information Accessible by other means) is engaged in relation to this request this is a class based and absolute exemption, requiring no prejudice or public interest to be considered.
If you visit the Government website, Police recorded crime and outcomes open data tables - GOV.UK it will open a page with the all the information published on this matter.
2) How many of those reports resulted in an officer attending the scene in the following calendar years: 2024, 2023 and 2022.

Having made enquiries within the Force below is the information we hold.
This relates to the volume of crimes for ’48 -Theft or Unauthorised taking of a Motor Vehicle’ and ‘37/2 – Aggravated Vehicle taking’, where it has been attended. Excluded any incident with a ‘resolved without deployment’ priority code.
