The number of defendants who have breached an order multiple times and by how many times in the last five years. Please state the gender of the defendant.
The analyst searched for all breach crimes by their crime codes using the valid date of the crime. The codes are as follows yet not all codes came back with results during the time period requested.

The number of people convicted of murder who were subject to a domestic abuse related order in the last five years. Please state the gender of the defendant
- a) It the duty of Cleveland Police to identify, apprehend suspects, decisions regarding prosecutions are the responsibility of the Crown Prosecution Service and Convictions is that of HM Courts Service therefore Conviction data is held by HM Courts.
As this is also a DAPN and DAPO pilot area, can you please also include:
The number of Domestic Abuse Prevention Notices issued since roll out.
- a) 28 plus one pending appeal.
The number of Domestic Abuse Protection Orders granted since roll out.
- a) 7 orders have been made without notice the total number of applications is 36.
