I write in connection with regards to your Freedom of Information request. Below is your request and our response.

This request excludes physical access control hardware and installation, repair or maintenance costs.
If the data is held electronically, please supply it in a searchable format such as CSV or XLS. Please do not supply images or unsearchable files.
If part of the information cannot be provided within the statutory cost limit, please supply the information that can be provided and advise me how I might refine the request.
If your organisation does not directly purchase or contract for these items, please state which organisation or department is responsible and, if possible, provide contact details.
To provide further information about my request (your ref 560-25).
Tees and Hartlepool Harbour Police advised (their ref FOI/PDT/RE/INC0201185) that you supply them with these items free of charge. If you are able to filter purchases, please separate the spend data to group by your own force, Tees and Hartlepool Harbour Police and any other police force/groups you purchase for.
If applicable, please can you confirm the total spend and any contracts/suppliers for the following access control consumables:
- Paxton / MIFARE / HID / any other brand of contactless fobs / tokens / cards
- Software related to the management of the above contactless consumables

Having made enquiries within the Force above is all the information we hold. The Cleveland Police response to your request is unique and it should be noted that Police Forces do not use generic systems or identical procedures to capture and record data therefore responses from Cleveland Police should not be used as a comparison with any other force response you receive.
If you are not satisfied with this response or any actions taken in dealing with your request, you have the right to request an independent internal review of your case under our review procedure. The Freedom of Information Code of Practice (see below link) states that a request for internal review should be made within 20 working days of the date on this response or 40 working days if extenuating circumstances to account for the delay can be evidenced. Public authorities are not obliged to accept internal reviews after this date.
