Four men have been arrested after a report from Stockton Borough Council CCTV operators of potential drugs activity in a public park.
Around 2pm on Thursday 27th April, officers responded to a call from CCTV operators regarding suspected drugs activity in Trinity Church Gardens in Stockton.
Officers arrested a man at the scene who was in possession of suspected crack cocaine and cocaine and carried out a subsequent address search, leading to the arrest of a further three men and the recovery of cash and further suspected class A drugs.
All the men were arrested on suspicion of class A drugs offences and were taken into police custody.
The men have now been bailed with conditions, whilst enquiries continue.
