Police are appealing for information and witnesses following a collision involving a 15-year-old cyclist and a grey BMW-type vehicle in Stockton.
It was reported that the collision occurred at the junction of Norton Road and Hills Drive at around 8.05am on Friday 13th January.
The cyclist and driver both left the scene prior to police arrival. Officers have since spoken to the cyclist however they are still appealing for the driver of the vehicle to come forward to assist with enquiries.
It is believed the driver was heading towards Stockton town centre when the collision occurred.
The child suffered minor injuries.
