Man Wanted on Prison Recall

Police are appealing for the public’s help in tracing a man wanted on prison recall.
22-year-old Danny Bailey, from Hartlepool, is also wanted on prison recall and is known to frequent the Throston and De Bruce areas.
He is described as a white male, 6ft 4” tall, of slim build with a pale complexion, brown hair, brown eyes and slim build.
