Update on Owton Manor incident

Officers have provided an update on an incident on Owton Manor in Hartlepool on Tuesday 17th October at 6:40pm whereby a woman aged 35 was assaulted.
A 30-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and was bailed with conditions pending further enquires.
The woman has since been discharged from hospital.
