Officers carried out an intelligence led strikes at two addresses in Stockton on Wednesday 20th September, arresting six people in connection with the supply of class A drugs.
Warrants were executed at Carlton Close and Wrensfield Road under the misuse of drugs act, following months of intelligence gathering by the force’s Hub Intelligence Unit, as part of Operation Turbine.
A 23-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs and money laundering offences, and a 47-year-old man arrested for being concerned in the supply of controlled drugs. Both men were charged to court, with their next appearance on 13 October.
A 51-year-old man, and three women aged 48, and 39 were arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of controlled drugs at Carlton Close and a 38-year-old woman was arrested at Wrensfield Road, also on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of controlled drugs. All were bailed pending further enquiries.
