Police are appealing to trace the man in this CCTV image as they believe he may be able to assist with their enquiries into a report of a serious assault in Middlesbrough.
A 44-year-old man suffered a head injury requiring stitches when he was hit with a glass and a 33-year-old woman suffered extensive bruising when she was punched in the face in the incident at the Pig Iron Public House on Corporation Road around 8:15pm on Thursday 21st March.
Following the incident, a man fled the scene and made off past The Central Pub.
The man in the image is described as white male, average build, possibly aged in his 30’s, around 5ft 10” tall, with dark, short hair and a face mask under his chin (not facial hair), wearing a light blue tracksuit and carrying a black hold all/duffle bag.
Anyone with information relating to the identity of the man in the image is asked to contact Cleveland Police on 101, quoting reference number 051736.
