Toni Lunam is beginning 20 months in prison after appearing at Teesside Crown Court on Friday 6 September.
The 36-year-old, of Collingwood Road in Hartlepool for her part in the violent disorder that took place in the town on Wednesday 31 July.
She was caught throwing bricks at police officers and swearing at them.
So far 23 people have been sentenced to a total of 43 years and six months for both the Hartlepool and Middlesbrough disorder with more still to come.
